These terms govern your use of Hordelane: Zombie Survival ("Hordelane", "the game"), published by Roy Greenberg ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not install or play.
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only play, and only make purchases, with the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. Where Google Play provides the game with an age signal, the game refuses purchases for a minor whose parent or guardian has not approved them through Google Play.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or redistribute the game, modify it to gain an advantage, or use automated tools, cheats, or modified clients.
This section matters, so it is stated plainly.
All purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see or handle your payment details. Your purchase is also subject to Google Play's terms.
Google Play signs every purchase, and the game delivers an item only after that signature has been checked. If a purchase does not go through, nothing is charged and nothing is delivered. If Google Play refunds or reverses a purchase, we may remove what it bought.
Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy, and Google's decision on a refund request is final as far as payment is concerned. If you have a problem with a purchase that Google cannot resolve, contact us at the address below and we will look at it in good faith.
Consumers in the EU and UK: you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because coins are delivered to you immediately, you are asked to agree at the time of purchase that delivery begins at once, and by doing so you lose that withdrawal right. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
We may suspend or end your access to the game, and remove items or progress, if you cheat, exploit a bug for advantage, tamper with the game or its saved data, abuse refunds, or use the game unlawfully. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first.
The game is updated over time; features may be added, changed, or removed. We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a change is significant, we will say so in the store listing or in the game.
The game is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, and we do not warrant that it will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, lost virtual items, or lost profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or the equivalent of ten US dollars if you paid us nothing. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there.
